God Series

I have been fascinated by the images of Hindu gods since childhood.
Multiple hands and heads, complexion of various colours, fusion of human and animals
these mythical images never fail to capture my imagination.

When I started painting it was natural for me to create something based on my childhood impression. I want to be a creator of gods.

Art has a force that acts in two directions.
One is to drag something down from its pedestal.
The other one is to elevate something from the bottom.

Idolization is human nature.
To create something out of nothing is also human nature.
